MICHAEL & LAURA FLETCHER

As of January 2010, Michael served Manna Church as Senior Pastor for 25 years. In that time, he has seen the church grow from 350 members in 1985, to 5,000 members in 2009. Coupling sound biblical teaching with relevant, practical application and cutting edge outreach, Michael and the pastoral staff have worked to create a culture at Manna that is others focused - a culture that lifts the advancement of the Kingdom of God far above the concept of the stereotypical "me" church. Being missional minded, his heart is to not only see God's people equipped to change their world, but for the planting of churches with the same world-changing vision. He and his wife, Laura, have been married for 30 years and live in Fayetteville with 3 of their 8 children. In their spare time, both enjoy training and competing in endurance sports with a 2007 and 2009 Iron Man finish (Michael) and a 50 mile Ultra Marathon finish (Laura) to their credit.
